Our History
2023
First technical Due Diligence for Datacenter carried out by Bridia, based on the technical expertise of its associates in relevant international consulting firms.
2024
Two new technical due diligences are being conducted for data centers on highly complex land with areas exceeding 500,000 m2, including areas with permanent preservation areas (PPAs) and other environmental constraints.
2025
Another Due Diligence is initiated in Brazil by Bridia, in addition to the prospect of new services in Chile.

Vicente has experience in project approvals, urban planning legislation, and the analysis and implementation of architectural and engineering solutions for highly complex, mission-critical projects. He has experience working on major projects such as the Beira-Rio Stadium (2014 FIFA World Cup) and residential, commercial, industrial, and hospital engineering projects.
In recent years, he has participated in multidisciplinary projects related to the implementation of Data Centers with international teams, assisting with his expertise in architecture and urban planning in addition to the general coordination between the different specialties.
